Mobile gaming creative is at an inflection point—AI is reshaping production, creative volume has become a competitive moat, and the winners are building systematic approaches to creative strategy. At Playvalve, we're capitalizing on this shift. We have 7 games in the US top 100 of their categories, 30M players across 90 countries, and 15 actively promoted titles. Our 4-person marketing team has been handling UA-based creative production at this scale through pure efficiency, but we need to evolve beyond that model to keep scaling. We're a Barcelona-based studio of ~40 with a 10X mindset, meetingless by design, optimizing for impact over headcount. We're hiring a Creative Producer to build our creative department from the ground up—to architect how creative strategy, production, and intelligence scale with our portfolio and the industry's evolution.
Must-Haves:
✅ Mobile gaming creative experience in puzzle, casual, hyper-casual, or hybrid games
✅ Data-driven approach—you can articulate what data you need and how to turn attribution signals into creative insights
✅ Strategic + hands-on balance—you can architect operations AND stay involved in the work, especially exploring AI tools
✅ Production management across internal teams and external partners while maintaining quality
✅ AI and automation literacy—you've tested tools, implemented automation, and can speak credibly about what works
✅ Technical collaboration skills—comfortable working with engineers to build creative production tools
✅ Business alignment—you speak ROAS, CPI, and eCPM as fluently as concepts and hooks
✅ Industry network—connected in mobile gaming creative circles, gathering intel through peers
Nice to Have: Experience with ASO creative strategy, familiarity with AppsFlyer/Sensor Tower, performance marketing background, track record building creative teams, game engine knowledge.
The Role: Architect Playvalve's creative operations from scratch with full strategic autonomy. Report directly to the CMO. Join a meetingless company—no status updates, no sync calls, just deep work and results.
