As the Senior User Acquisition Manager you will operate in an open and collaborative environment, working with your peers, our data, product and creative teams to lead alongside the CMO our user acquisition strategy and team growth.
You’re eager to be operational and participate in the building of a UA powerhouse on which the company and our products will grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the games’ portfolio and strategise on the deployment of the marketing budget to achieve it
- Optimize marketing spend in the millions
- Enrich the marketing mix towards a robust, agile and diversified acquisition funnel
- Navigate the iOS and Android challenges to put us above the competition
- Deep dive into marketing data to consistently improve our marketing efforts, strengthen it alongside our data team and Constantly experiment to identify and refine acquisition channels and optimise conversion funnels
- Contribute to our ad creative creation process. Work with our designers, video producers and developers to define your needs, set the quality expectations, and study performance results to create static, video and playable ads for all our games
- Work closely with our tech and data team to identify the gaps that will help you increase your performance and develop our marketing dashboards and technology
- Own the communication and relationship with our 3rd party partners on the buy and sell side (Facebook, Google, Applovin, Unity...)
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in User acquisition for Casual, Puzzle or hybrid Casual games
- Experience acquiring users in the following platforms: Applovin, Unity, Facebook, Google and DSPs
- Experience optimising campaigns with large budgets
- Ability to benchmark our competitors’ creatives and distinguish which ad creatives work better to optimise CTR, CPI and ROAS.
- Experience taking data driven decisions in digital marketing: tuning spend/CPA, launching/removing new creatives and ad networks.
- Experience in driving and executing growth initiatives independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem solving skills
- Eligible to work in Barcelona
- Fluent in English
Preferred Requirements
- Understanding of the Ad monetisation tech stack for the mobile games market
- The ability to draw marketing and monetisation ideas from within and outside the gaming industry
- Experience optimising the Apple and Google Play stores conversions through creative production and A/B testing
- Working on the creative strategy for the ad assets
